The Management Presentations Coaching session is a specialized one-on-one training session to grow managerial impact when delivering presentations. Working from the curriculum of our Management Presentationsâ„¢ Training Course, we customize the day to meet the needs of the one manager participant. The session begins with a consultation about current challenges and goals. Next a benchmark presentation is delivered and observations are discussed to set the focus of the day. Using presentation content from the work setting the day includes 3 Digital Recordings of the Manager in action, plus three individual feedback sessions focused on how to boost performance and impact. Confidential observations about strengths and weaknesses and how to overcome them are woven into this powerful day.
